Leah’s most recent project is a book focusing on Nashville’s remarkable recovery from the historic 2010 floods, and the changes that occurred in the ten years between those floods and the 2020 tornadoes. To say the city changed and grew dramatically during that period would not be hyperbole. What lessons are there to learn and how can a look-back at that period inform the city’s future?
